Family Engagement
Caring for Communities
Explore meaningful family engagement experiences that bring students and families together in a supportive, creative space. Our workshops are designed to empower parents, spark connection, strengthen communication, and offer simple, practical tools families can carry beyond the session. Whether it’s building confidence, managing stress, or navigating real-life challenges, we create opportunities for families to grow, reflect, and support one another. We also support families in understanding workforce readiness and 21st-century skills, offering practical tools and guidance to help caregivers better support their children’s academic, career, and life pathways.
Student Enrichment
Publishing Projects
We offer customizable student enrichment programming focused on student publishing as a tool for engagement, literacy development, and social-emotional growth. Through structured, arts-based instruction, students progress through the full writing and publishing process, developing skills in self-expression, communication, and critical thinking. Each program culminates in a tangible student-created product, reinforcing ownership, confidence, and pride in their work. Sessions are interactive, culturally responsive, and aligned with school-based goals.
Workforce Development
Striving Higher
Our parent-only workforce development workshops are designed to build practical, real-world skills while also supporting caregivers in navigating key stages of their child’s development. Sessions focus on tools such as using AI for everyday tasks, improving time management, and strengthening organization and communication skills. In addition, workshops provide guidance on supporting children through important transitions-from puberty and middle school to high school and postsecondary pathways including college and the workforce. Topics also include healthy communication, decision-making, and awareness around issues such as substance use. Each session is designed to equip parents with tools they can apply immediately in both their personal and family life

and Career
Support That Lasts
Our College and Career Readiness Program supports students in exploring their future with clarity and confidence. Through engaging, interactive workshops, students learn how to navigate their college and career options while building practical, real-world skills. Sessions focus on helping students identify their strengths, develop resumes, and understand how their interests connect to potential pathways. Students are guided through reflection, goal-setting, and skill-building activities that prepare them to make informed decisions about their next steps. Each experience is designed to be supportive, accessible, and empowering, giving students the tools they need to move forward with purpose.
